Self-Installation Of Dolphin Parking Sensors.
Dolphin Parking Sensor systems are designed for easy installation as standard. They use a 2-wire connection, which consists of a live, and earth. For the traditional rear kits, you pick up the live feed from the reverse light and earth to a good chassis point.
Front kits would take a feed from ignition live and earth to a good chassis point.
The most difficult part of the job would be the removal of the bumper and the placement of the sensors. Some newer vehicles come with pre drilled holes or divots to guide you however.

There are 32 Dolphin Parking Sensor colour choices, so you should be able to find a suitable colour match. To view the colour match chart, please click here. To enable a suitable match, you will need to know the manufacturers colour name for your vehicle. This can be found in the owners manual or can be obtained from your local deal. Please note, the colour name in the log book is just a generic label and will therefore not be suitable for obtaining a colour match.

If you live in England, Wales or Scotland and prefer to leave the installation of your Dolphin Parking Sensors to our professional mobile team of installers, we are happy to recommend this service. The prices they charge are fixed so not dependant on time taken or type of vehicle. Our fitters also fit our Daytime Running Lights, which have now become law on any newly produced cars, making them a great after market addition to your vehicle. Our fitting charges are broken down as follows:
Dolphin Parking Sensor Kits, as standard, come with a lifetime warranty. Installation is covered by a 12 month warranty. Please bear in mind your warranty only covers the original purchaser and is not transferable upon sale of the car. When making a purchase of Dolphin Parking Sensors online, you will be given the option to select the mobile fitting service. At this point you pay for the parts and delivery only. The charge for fitting is paid to the fitter on the day, once the work has been completed. The parts are posted to you from our distribution centre in Surrey and generally arrive within 1-2 working days, although the basic delivery charge does not guarantee this time-scale. |

Fitters tend to be booked up at least 1 week in advance so try to factor in this amount of time to your plans.
